The Lift-STL Transformation Challenge is an 8-week competition that pushes you to completely change your body composition and organize your approach to strength training. Your $100 entry grants you access the following programming and support.

8 weeks of goal-oriented programming (fat loss or muscle building)

Video tutorials for every exercise

Daily and weekly checklists to hold you accountable

Access to private Facebook group for Q&A and support

Flexibility to work out wherever you wish. If you have access to a gym, you have access to this challenge.

Choose and purchase the program that matches your transformation goal (the last day to sign up is Feb. 23, 2025).
The challenge begins February 17, 2025 and runs for 8 weeks.
Once registered, you will receive an email with a link to join our private Facebook group where you can ask questions, get tips, and share progress if you choose.
The three biggest overall transformations (regardless of goal) will win cash prizes. 1st place: $4000, 2nd place: $2000, 3rd place: $1000.
“After” photos must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Sunday, April 20, 2025.
The winners will be announced on Monday, April 28, 2025.
